I need this! Let's Go!
You are enthusiastic about helping someone improve their health. You are the lifeboat! Until... you are confronted with someone who can't get up and down off the ground.
You can run circles around others with your knowledge of functional fitness methodology. However, you've discovered that it's not as intuitive when trying to apply it to larger bodies. *pant, pant, pant*
You've invested time mastering the points of performance for every workout, only to meet someone with excess skin - and just like that, poof! All your knowledge flies out the window. Sayonara!
You train for the known and the unknowable. You're confident. But then, a client leaves, and you're left wondering why. *scratching head*
Step on in. Let's get real here.
… If so, then keep reading because *wink* we get it. We can help.
Somewhere between the unloved assault bike and the kinked double-under rope, it hits you...
BUT - Ah, they often overlook the fact that obesity is a tapestry far more intricate than the discussions held in gyms, on Instagram, or in everyday life. We, as fitness professionals are missing the mark in reaching those who struggle the most.
It doesn’t need to be this way.
With a little more education, we can save more lives.
I'm ready for the course
Optimized approaches to engage and relate to LBA
How to win over new LBA members and the special blend to doing it more effectively
Budget-friendly strategies that won’t break the bank
Fresh methods you could kickstart tomorrow
And the WLB Course?
It’s a perfect fit.
☝🏻 This is precisely why we decided to roll up our sleeves and craft this course.
Graduates of WLB who implement our guidance are gaining new LBA clients, keeping existing ones happy, strengthening relationships with LBA family members, and becoming more approachable (we’re barely scratching the surface).

Four Diablo Coaches and I attended – and we’re blown away by: what we didn’t know and by what we learned. The knowledge gained and the eye-opening experience will pay interest for many years – to our coaches, our community and especially to larger body athletes who walk through our doors.
Very insightful! Additionally, there was a lot of informative facts and info on modifications and "scaling forward" with LBAs. There were many A-Ha moments during the day, and I would highly recommend this course, not just for coaches, but for everyone!
Attending WLB seminar was a true powerful experience. As a LBA, I finally felt recognized. As a coach, I learned how to train a variety of large bodies; pregnant ladies, large chest, tall athletes as well as athletes living with obesity. I'm excited that coaches and/or athletes will learn some terminology and awareness of how to relate as much as possible to all athletes trying to live a healthy life style.
• $699: Live Seminar
• $425: Online Zoom Seminar
Nope! You do not need to have a Level 1 or any other training certification to take the LBA course.
When you sign up for the seminar, you can put down a 50% deposit. Don't worry, we'll remind you to settle the rest before the seminar kicks off.
When you sign up for the seminar, you can put down a 50% deposit. The remaining balance will need to be paid by the date indicated on the registration (usually two weeks prior).
Whether you choose the in-person or online seminar, the learning goals are the same. There are a few differences, though. The biggest one? You won't be able to join in the in-person movement activities if you go the online route. But hey, no stress! We've got you covered and will guide you through these activities, so you'll still grasp the concept, even if you're not physically there. Oh, and by the way, the in-person seminar is a full 8-hour day, while the online version is split over two days (four hours each day).
